Understanding fuse

Two cables that carry electrical charge chipped differently can lead to a short circuit or kortsluiting. Short circuit caused by electric current passing through it is very large. Very large electrical currents often cause a fire. Fuse is a safety device that is mounted on the electrical circuit to keep the electric current that passes through or the flow is not too big so dangerous.

Fuses center in the home usually consists of a piece of lead wrapped porcelain as safety. When a very large electric current through it, then it would melt lead and cut off. So do not ever replace the black tin with copper or other wires. Copper will not melt but will be glowing fire.
