Magnets have the following properties:
a. Not all objects can be drawn by a magnet. Objects that are drawn by the magnet typically contain iron, cobalt, or nickel.
b. Tensile strength of the most powerful magnets located on the poles. The closer the magnetic pole distance of an object, the stronger the pull of the magnet.
c. Magnet has two poles, the north pole and a south pole.
d. The magnetic north pole pointing towards the Earth's south pole, the south pole of the magnetic north pole pointing towards the earth.
e. Compass is a tool signpost. Inside there is a magnetic compass needle move freely. Compass needle always points north and south.
f. Namesake magnetic poles repel and magnetic poles do not pull namesake.
g. Magnetic attraction can penetrate thin objects such as paper, plastics and films.
