Many ways you can do to increase your confidence in the long run, but sometimes we also need measures increases confidence in a short time. You can not seem to run into an important meeting with a book of guidance on self-confidence, or call your mentor at the last minute.

Have you ever sat all day in the classroom or in a meeting without saying a word? Do you ever go out with your friends in the evening where your friends chatted happily while you just sit and stare at your drink?
